The menu at The Farmers Table is a celebration of classic English fare with a tasteful twist. Though some guests mention occasional minor drawbacks—like limited WiFi, a few cobwebs, or slightly less-than-fresh chips—the overall impression remains overwhelmingly positive, with the warmth of the hospitality and quality of the food far outweighing these small imperfections.

Stopped by yesterday on the off chance I could get a coffee and my water bottle re filled. Fantastic service. Great to see they are abiding by social distancing. Really good coffee stop for cyclists. Brilliant views to enjoy while your there too.
Nice, sunny cafe style farm shop. Only had coffee n cake so cannot comment on full menu. Plenty of parking and outdoor seating. No WiFi.
I was expecting some more "meat options" on the menu. The omelette was creamy and tasty. Same as the salad (it wasn't a boring salad at all I really liked it) My partner asked the burger. Good meat and bread. Tasty chips but not fresh (a bit disappointing) Lovely place with lovely views anyway.
Had brunch today 04/08/25 x1 TTB £13,45 & x1 TVB £12,50. Also had beverages. The food was good, homemade sausages were lovely and the bacon was tasty too, complements to the butcher who made them. Friendly ish staff. Not very observant to their customers. Not very convenient having a pushchair when inside ( as another commenter mentioned) as it was raining when we arrived. Some cobwebs around , not what I would like to see as a paying customer. Music only available one part of the cafe. Views are amazing.
Met friends for brunch to celebrate. Nine of us served quickly with huge amounts of good food. We eyed the afternoon tea on a neighbouring table with some jealousy! Important to book; it's a busy place. Only gripe was an errant apostrophe on the word 'menu's'. Aaargh! But if that's all I have to complain about you'll see how lovely this place is.
First time here. What a gem. The food was excellent, as was the service. They were busy on the day but, although there was a sign apologising for the wait because of illness, we were served promptly, drinks were brought to the table within a couple of minutes and the food less than 15 minutes later. The chef even apologised for the wait. Places like this are worth revisiting time and time again just to get through everything on the menu. Fantastic experience. 10/10
